Privacy Policy for CogniSprint

This Privacy Policy explains how the CogniSprint mobile application ("CogniSprint", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles information. CogniSprint is a puzzle and cognitive exercise application.

Information we collect

CogniSprint does not require an account and does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, financial information, health information, advertising identifiers, or other personal information. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Information stored on your device

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• total score, daily score, puzzle completion counts, and puzzle success statistics;
• favourite puzzle selections and challenge category preferences;
• app settings such as sound, vibration, and colour theme;
• limited puzzle history or level progress; and
• whether an in-app review request has previously been made.

This information is used only to provide app functionality and personalize your experience. It is stored in the app's local storage and is not transmitted to us or synchronized with a developer-operated server.

Device permissions

CogniSprint may use internet access to load a font resource and open its Google Play listing. It may also use your device's vibration feature when vibration feedback is enabled. The app does not use these permissions to collect personal information.

Third-party services

CogniSprint may interact with the following Google services:

• Google Fonts: the app may request the Roboto font from Google's servers. Google may receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser or device headers when providing this resource.
• Google Play: the app can open its Play Store listing and may request Google's native in-app review interface. Information processed by Google Play is governed by Google's own privacy terms.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. The app does not send your scores, favourites, settings, or puzzle activity to us or to advertisers.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored app information remains on your device until you clear CogniSprint's app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. Either action deletes that locally stored information. Because CogniSprint has no user accounts and does not upload this information to us, there is no separate server-side account or gameplay record to delete.

Children's privacy

CogniSprint does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. The app does not contain user accounts, advertising, chat, or social networking features.

Security

App preferences and gameplay information are kept in the application's local storage area, which is protected by Android's application sandbox and device security controls. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, but we limit stored information to what is needed for app functionality.
